Agreement

By downloading or using Gentli - Gentle Habit Tracker (“Gentli”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Gentli

You’re responsible for your use of the app and for keeping your device secure.
You agree not to misuse the app (e.g., reverse engineer, attempt to bypass paywalls, or interfere with services).

Pro subscriptions and purchases

Gentli may offer optional paid features (“Pro”) including subscriptions (monthly/yearly) and/or lifetime access. Pricing and available plans are shown in-app and may vary by region.

Billing: Payments are processed by Apple through In‑App Purchases.
Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage/cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Restore: Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore access on the same Apple ID.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to Apple’s policies.

Gentli may use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. Your purchase status may be shared with RevenueCat to provide subscription functionality.

Health disclaimer

Gentli is a general-purpose habit tracker. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
